Rental Information
Price of the rental includes:
- Room with capacity for 70 guests
- 70 white resin folding chairs
- 10 6 foot tables.
- kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave
- Bluetooth speaker access- Hanging twinkle lights & Dance Lights
- Two handicap accessible bathrooms
- FREE hour to set up and decorate!
You can bring your own food and sealed non-alcoholic beverages! Absolutely no outside liquor is allowed.
Hourly Rental Pricing
Rental Price: $55 per hour
*50% deposit due to book
The Light Lounge is available by the hour during the week with no minimum! Great for photoshoots, business meetings, vendor pop up shops, and dinner parties!
Rental Price: $500 for 4 hours
*$100 an hour for additional hours
*50% deposit due to book
Rental Price: $750 for 5 hours
*$125 an hour for additional hours
