Own It Chair Dance Experience

Feeling sexy, moving your body with confidence is EMPOWERING! How often do you get that chance to do that? And how often do you get to be in a room filled with other women doing just that? Now is your chance.

The Own It Chair Dance Experience is a 2.5 hour event designed to make you feel like the queen you are from start to finish. Enjoy a glass of Prosecco as everyone welcomes you into the community. Once the dance portion of class starts, you will learn a beginner level chair dance routine.

Each move is taught step by step at your pace so that you can not only learn the choreography but ROCK it during the signature “Own It showcase” which is when we hype up and celebrate everyone in the room! Lastly, we close out this experience with a deep stretch and self love meditation. You will leave class feeling completely connected to your body and inner confidence and you’ll be ready to take that with you into every area of your life!

Turn Up Dance Fitness

Turn Up is more than just a dance fitness format; it’s a movement!

A movement to evolve unapologetically, live loudly, dance ruthlessly, own our greatness together, and celebrate what our bodies are capable of... all while we shake that ass!

Turn Up is a class where we push limits and barriers that we have set for ourselves and come together to empower one another to make ourselves a priority. Its a place where we encourage each other to stop playing small and to live the lives we desire… we simply use fitness to move us forward.

These workouts are intense, fun, and life-changing, incorporating HIIT (high intensity interval training), strength training, and dance all set to a hip hop soundtrack. You will be challenged, but you will embrace it, and as you step outside of your comfort zone you will step into your power like never before!

Circuit Fitness Class

We offer a circuit style fitness class designed for all experience levels, so whether you're a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, this workout is for you!

Our instructor will guide you through a dynamic circuit training session, focusing on strength, cardio, and overall fitness. Come and challenge yourself in a supportive and welcoming environment. This class will help you improve your endurance, build strength, and boost your energy levels.

Booty Bootcamp

Get ready to tone and strengthen your glutes with our energetic and effective Booty Bootcamp workout session!

Whether you're looking to shape your booty, increase strength, or simply have a fun workout, this is the perfect class for you! Our instructor will guide you through a variety of exercises targeting your glutes and lower body, including squats, lunges, and resistance training to help you build a bubble butt!

No matter your fitness level, this class is designed to challenge and motivate you. Our friendly and supportive environment ensures that everyone feels welcome, regardless of experience.

Zumba

Zumba is for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.

It takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
