[soh-kah-size] : a creative blend of authentic Caribbean and African dance techniques, in harmony with effective fitness moves, resulting in a unique, non-judgmental, and exhilarating dance fitness program. A Socacize Jam Session can burn up to 1000 calories! We’re dedicated to working hard, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be fun.

Your body, your joy - it’s all yours, and we’re here to celebrate it. WE ARE WORTHY OF JOY. We are worthy of self-care and the satisfaction of sweating through a Jam Session brings. We feel and look our best when we care for ourselves and those in our community. We together inspire, motivate, and hold each other accountable to KEEP MOVING. Socacize Fitness isn’t for the weak, but for those who find strength within a community, pretty much it’s a whole-ass vibe!

Come out every Tuesday and Socacize with Michelle as we work up a sweat, dance/fitness, and RELEASE the days' stress.
